How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 8 years and started out as SOLAD Dane Center.
What is your primary product or service?
Dance instruction in Modern and Ballet technique. We also produce top quality dance concerts like "Night Visions" on 11/1/08.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Anandha Ray is the Artistic Director and Scott Belding is the General Manager. Anandha Ray has two Masters Degrees in dance and is in the Contra Costa Women's Hall of Fame. She is also the Artistic Director for the professional company, Moving Arts Dance. Scott Belding was the Executive Director for the Concord Pavilion Associates for 15 years and is also the Executive Director for Moving arts Dance. Scott is also a professional Dance Photographer(www.scottbeldingphotography.com)
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the only studio that uses professional dancers as instructors and the only one teaching Contemporary Dance.
