Recovery Management Services, Inc. (RMSI) is a California non-profit corporation, offering chemical dependency treatment programs under the name Crossroads Program Services. Crossroads is state licensed and CARF accredited, with an outstanding reputation and record of success. We serve adult(18+) men and women in professional/social model treatment applying best practices of individual counseling, group process, relapse prevention, meditation and mindfulness, anger management, belief systems, relationships, family therapy, and 12-step principles. Programs move from detoxification to intensive immersion to less restrictive (and less expensive) working person schedule, with options for after-care and sober living. We work closely with specialists in addiction medicine and psychiatry, and support rigorous medication management. Our ties with attorneys, courts, and parole/probation are a major resource for clients.

Residential alcohol and drug rehabilitation. Services include detoxification, intensive immersion, working schedule, extended residential and after-care, plus clean-&- sober living for men and women.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our founder, Richard Allio, was a successful international businessman with progressive alcoholism. He achieved sobriety in his fifties and started RMSI to keep himself sober and bring new life to others. His vision of helping himself by helping others is kept alive by his wife Carol and a caring and effective staff.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We draw upon a blend of effective treatment methods, and care deeply about each individual client. We offer progressive levels of care from detoxification to intensive immersion to less restrictive working person schedules. Extended program of 6-12 months are available, as well as aftercare and sober living.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We operate a single campus in a quiet neighborhood, with several home-like residences next to centralized meeting and counseling.

Drive via Hwy 680 and take Hwy 242 to central Concord. Take Grant Street exit. Continue past John Muir Hospital for five blocks to reach Pacheco Street, and turn left and park. Our main offices are at 2449 Pacheco Street.
