Joffre was easy to work with, wasn't pushy or aggressive at all. explained the different monthly monitoring options. At the end, I went with the ADT Pulse. Give Joffre a call if you need an alarm system. 925-335-6004

California Security Pro has been in business since 1999 and we are proud to say we have protected close to 3000 families since.
What is your primary product or service?
California Security Pro an Authorized ADT Dealer is approved by ADT Monitoring to offer home and business security monitoring, CSP leads the nation in Pulse interactive solutions, having the ability to control your thermostat, turn your lights on, lock or un-lock your door, or view your camera system from any WiFi enabled iphone or Android smart phone, iPad or mini iPad, Android tablets.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I attended a job fair at the Concord Hilton in 2005 and came across the ADT booth and started to think. This is a service that is needed, what family wouldn't want to protect there home and loved ones or what small business owner wouldn't want to protect there business/livley hood and employees from harm. So I signed up and been it since then.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Over 500 5 star Yelp reviews, A+ rating on Angies list, A+ rating with Better Business Bureau, top 10 prime buyers award. CSP is different because we understand and listen to what our customer's needs are through the process from the day I meet with you to the day your alarm system is getting installed, I'm right there.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
California Security Pro's corporate office is in San Ramon, we also have office's in Napa, San Jose, Stockton, 2 in Sacramento, 2 in the Los Angeles area. We have plans on opening more offices in California to better service our customers.

Dave Loetz is the owner and Greg Barker is the President of the Company.

California Security Pro customer service department is from 8:00AM -5:30PM And I'm available to meet with you when it's convienant for your schedule.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
In Sales, the initial time when we meet is always a positive experience or you would of not done business with that person or establishment, but where I get my compliments are done post sale, my customer's can still reach me anytime after there system has been installed with any question or concern.
